- 4 cups water
- 1 bunch spinach (chopped to fit in blender)
- ½ bunch basil (or about 2 cups loosely packed)
- ¼ small red onion
- 1 med cucumber
- 1 med tomato
- 2 stalks celery
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 med clove garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of cayenne optional
Blend until smooth
All ingredients should be organic when ever possible!
