Recipe
This is about as easy as it gets. The recipe serves four. It’s perfect for a Vitamix. If you have a smaller blender, you may need to cut the recipe in half. Of course, all ingredients should be organic whenever possible.
Ingredients
- 1 whole, fresh, medium pineapple
- 10 ounces frozen raspberries
- 1 medium to large avocado
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend pineapple first.
- Then add avocado and coconut oil.
- After the first ingredients are fully blended, add the frozen raspberries and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
